A Rare Peninsula Location

These photos were taken in December 2010 by ‘Nick’ our brave Micro-light aircraft pilot and friend.

The most noticeable and important item to recognise in these photos is the amount of buildings along the Pattaya bay coast line. The commercial development that has taken place over the last 10 years has been significant helping establish Pattaya as a World Class destination in Thailand.

It is therefore significant to notice the location of The Palm and the advantageous position it commands on the left-hand side of Pattaya’s bay, almost mirroring that of the now famous ‘Royal Cliff’ on the opposite side of the city’s now famous bay.

Peninsula locations are rare in their nature because of the various advantages of natural position they are blessed with. We hope these aerial photos help you to understand that little more on just how rare The Palm’s location actually is.
